A full moon sets over the San Juan river as it winds past Farmington, N.M., Thursday, July 1, 2004. Many members of the Navajo nation don't have running water due to the remoteness of their homes. Thanks to the ongoing drought in the west and New Mexico's renegotiation of water treaties, many of these people may be conected to the water mains for the first time.
